The product is great, the material and stitching is of equal quality as the original velvet, making this a smarter choice than replacing perfectly good furniture. I also ordered replacement covers for the original pillows.
The zippers in the back are shorter than original and there is no Velcro for the underside of the arms but these are nit picks and have no real bearing on the fit or look once the covers are on.
I had an excellent and personal customer service experience throughout - especially during the pandemic shutdown (thank you Beth!). I had to send the cover back due to a defect in one of the surges. The process was easy and the turn around was fast. I was very impressed.
Although these are not inexpensive, the price and quality are a great value for extending the life of my favorite chair.
The new covers transformed the entire room - what’s not to love?
