The product is great, the material and stitching is of equal quality as the original velvet, making this a smarter choice than replacing perfectly good furniture.
The zippers in the back are shorter than original and there is no Velcro for the underside of the arms but these are nit picks and have no real bearing on the fit or look once the covers are on.
I had an excellent and personal customer service experience throughout - especially during the pandemic shutdown (thank you Beth!). I was very impressed.
Although these are not inexpensive, the price and quality are great value for extending the life of this couch my family loves so much.
Highly recommend this company and this product!
